Problem uploading videos

whenever i try to upload a video it says upload finished but right beneath it, where you can tag your media, it says " No Media Uploaded". what am i doing wrong, or what can I do differently?

Try using the desktop upload app - https://www.newschoolers.com/static/desktopuploader/ns_desktop_uploader_v1.5.air

Bigger files almost always crash through the web part of the uploader. Most browsers have a very unstable connection to the server.

I am having issues with the video encoding. i have used both the desktop up-loader and the classic one but as soon as the video encodes its fails. The format is correct and the file is with in the limit. Any ideas why the file wont encode?
