if you're from northern california it's completely acceptable but I CANNOT FUCKING STAND WHEN KIDS ON THE EAST COAST SAY IT. i'll be on campus and i hear someone say, "yeah man i was hella fucked up." askljgdlaksjgkj. ugh that and the word cali. two of my biggest pet peeves. then again us pittsburghers say a lot of really annoying shit.

I am Norcal , Born in Vallejo Right on the yay. I used to say Hella allot but as i have grown up i have worked it out of my Vocabulary. The NorCal will come out in me  in moments of excitment or disbelief. Thats just my Culture, Hella.
