Yeah but mad is actually a word just being used out of original context. Same with wicked.


Hella is a made up joke of a word and makes you look like a bigger joke when people use it to describe something.


Hence it not being a territorial thing but just retarded vs. not.

it's just a regional slang term. these tend to be pretty common...
