Afrin for short term relief until you get better. Seriously, it's what we use in pilot training for emergencies. Clears that shit up in minutes.

I had a really bad cold over the weekend, took a Mucinex and Advil and it was gone in a day or so. also along with that drink water and don't be an idiot and go skiing or something like that. rest the fuck up if you can
