Just mounted some Hellbents with FKS the other day using the paper jig from bindingfreedom.com
Triple-check your printer scaling if you're doing it this way.
Hardest bit was getting the exact (enough) centre to work from. Everything is made easier by using a nail or a punch to make a slight dent in the topsheet then use that to centre the paper jig.
A pair of calipers really helped triple-check things were where we wanted them to be as well.
Do you have a collared drillbit or some other way of ensuring you don't drill right through the ski?

Also if you're mounting a lot of bindings you might want to consider getting one of their guide blocks to make sure you drill it straight.
