Ok guys,
So there was a thread further down about no more slo mo in ski movies. What do you guys think are the essentail elements of ski movie. I mean give me the balance here.

good music. good veriety through out each section, not each section being diffrent(so no all park then all big mtn then all bc kickers). creative filming and editing

i was going to say a variety of different music, not just hip-hop, not just rock. i like to hear everything in a ski movie.

good shots, steezy tricks, editing that goes well with the music, music that goes well with the skiing, dope lifestyle stuff
i like it when each section kinda has a theme, kinda sounds lame, but it can be so dope

something i havent seen alot of before...none of the same BC step ups...just something UNIQUE, as long as its good and i havent seen alot of it, i think it qualifies as a GOOD film

I have to disagree with the variety of music; I think we have enough ski movies trying to cater to everyone. I think a ski movie with a solid vibe all the way threw is way better then music that doenst go together. ie Strike 3 versys ski movie 3, Sterotype vs happy dayz. Now Im not saying the movies are better but the soundtrack was.

The soundtrack to Sterotype was sweet because alot of people didn't like it,But it set a good solid flow throughout the movie. It put me in a good mood to watch the movie

I especially like watching good lines, big mountain or park, it doesnt matter. but i really like watching the skier ski the entire park in one run
