i was wondering if anyone could tell me if it is easy or not to come back from one season of not skiing since is wont be this season but well im not skiing i will be training intensivly
I imagine it wil be hard since you lose a lot during the 8 months or so you normally have off. Im sure you will get it back though. Plus you will be that much more hungry.
You ain't gonna be like you were 2 years ago immediately, no, if that's what you mean. Are you still gonna be able to ski though? Yes probably, so long as you still have your legs.
you will be fine, skiing is kind of like riding a bike. obviously you will lose some of your tricks in the park and those may take a little while to get back, but you should be fine especially considering you will be staying in very good shape
I went three years without skiing when I was younger and by the end of one day back, I was skiing the same degree of difficulty stuff (given, with a few more falls). I don't think you lose that much all-mountain wise and when you get back on snow you'll be hungry like someone else said, which will get you back to skiing well quick.
i didnt ski for 3 years and last year was my first year back. My park game was all fucked up and at first, I wasnt even comfortable on 20ft tables. It took me all season to get back to even landing 3's. I could still ski the rest of the mountain just as good and ride switch just as good but it took a while to get comfortable with air.
