Anyone still having issues with the Icons please do the following:
1) right click and download this icon
2) Try to upload that as your own
3a) If that works, then the problem is with your image file
- Check to make sure your icon is 50x50px
- Make sure the file size is under 8kb
- make sure it is jpg or gif
3b) If that icon doesn't work for you, then we may still have uploader issues.
- Give us as much detail as possible including: Icon file size, dimensions and type, browser type, versions, popup blockers, O/S
We want to make this work, but we've had a hell of a time trouble shooting since it seems to work for all of us.
