GoPro HD Hero 2 Firmware Update... what does it change?

Apologies if I'm being a fucking idiot but I've searched and googled and looked and can't actually find a changelog as to what the firmware update actually changes?

if you have the new HD hero 2, i doubt you'll need to update your firmware anytime soon. if you have an older hero, possibly a few years older, you may want to DL the new firmware

Its not too uncommon for there to be firmware updates shortly after release though...
