I bought a pair of airbrakes at the weekend - viper red with fire iridium as the main lens which comes with VR28 and I picked up an HI yellow lens to cover off flat light.
My concern is that I’m sorted for super sunlight and also flat light but don’t really have a lens suitable for those greyish low-medium light days? It looks l like the VR28 is basically for the same light conditions as the fire iridium but just not as good a lens based on the specs on the Oakley website. But if this was the case then why would the fire iridium and VR28 come paired?
So, it would be great to hear if anyone has any experience with the VR28. Will it be ok for those middle of the road days when it’s not really sunny but it’s not flat either?
