How do I take my grips off my poles????

soak the handle in hot water to expand the plastic. then just twist and pull

if you havent gotten if off my yourself, its defiently a two person job, and twist and pull it, and to put it back one use hand soap because itll lube it up to make it easy to put back on then itll dry up and evaporate (DONT USE WD40)

Just soaking in hot water, then twisting them off w/ an oven mit worked fine.... thanks for the suggestion though

if your having issues getting the grip off, put the handle hanging on the top of a door, close it over till the pole is pressured then pull down and it should come off pretty easy.
