a freestyle boot company. i know we have some boots made by freestyle ski companies but we have plenty of headwear, clothing, film and ski companies. how about a boot company.

I think skiing needs a really strong, really light touring binding for folks like myself. My Diamir Fritschi Ti-3s are all creaky now.

boots are pretty fucking hard to make, i think a good boot is even harder than skis. like an armada of the boot world would have to have even better R&D

Ski boots are tricky though. Every company has a different fit and if there were a company that marketed themselves as 'The freestyle boot company' than everybody would buy them, regradless of whether or not they fit correctly. Then you have a bunch of people riding around not having as much fun as they could be haing and spreading the news that ski boots haven't really gotten any more comfortable over the past 30 years...

How many people on here buy a pair of skis without demoing them just because they like the graphics or because people on here tell them to? I don't care if you did and you're happy with your choice, I'm sure everybody's done it at least once, but it really isn't great for the sport when people don't bother to see what equipment is best for them. Then they don't get the best possible experience and aren't happy.

To the guy who said the Line boots suck, my friend has them and completely loves them. They're a bit soft for powder but he likes them alot in the park.

i think a boot that has a powder-carve-park dial would be sweet, adjusting the stiffness with a dial. also boots need more style

boots need more style??? u dont see 3/4 of ur boot while sking so whats the dif, pluss salom tried to make there boots style by adding difernt color buckles. and there is no need for a freride boot company u can just buy your self some softer boots or what not and like most ppl said it takes mad R and D so i wouldnt be buying a boot from any such company untill they have been around for a few years and figured there shit out

they could sell them on different last. like a narrow, standard and wide. they still wouldnt fit all people, but they would fit most. and you can always blow um out.

and yeah, a boot that could go from being super soft to rock solid would be sweet. Stance adjustment would be a must, how bout a coating on the in side to keep them from gettin trashed by edges? and a stock canting setting that wasnt designed to have your skis right next to each other. and definatly more style.
