Just trying to figure out some good knee supports cause I've been feeling my knee's ache more and more, I've looked at POC's but don't really know of other good ski specific ones.
squats, RDL's, and warming up before activity. But seriously, you need to strengthen your legs.
Also, i have torn cartilage in both knees(from other sports) and wear some cheap neoprene knee braces when skiing, just to keep the joints warm and supple.
if u have alot o knee pain look at custom insoles your knees may not be alingend right and this will help. i had bad knee pain but got new boots with custom footbeds and this lined up my knees and stoped the pain
I have a nice donjoy brace I got from my orthopedist after knee surgery, it's a neoprene sleeve but it has metal hinges on the side that stabilize it and velcro straps on top and bottom for a good fit
