Im located on the east coast... which im sure all of you all know doesnt have any snow. Im bored as hell. im at college so no trampoline to just mess around on. Any one have any ideas for me to do? Im thinking of blowing all my cash saved up for a plane ticket. where too?
Nothing with a halfway decent park set up unfortunately... I say sit tight, watch some edits, wait for some real snow to fall and then spend your money on a trip to a mountain and a day ticket.
theres snow in the forcast for the northeast. i say go ski man. sitting watching some edits will just be like torturing yourself. its december. its ski season, lets get it.
i live in Killington and its been snowing for a solid 2 hours here. Forecast calls for 8-12 inches and our park has a 4 stair set then flat rail and flat box then down round bar and down flat down then down flat bar and down flat then a coregated. And you can get a buy one get one free ticket http://www.killington.com/winter/2for1/2for1-skimag
I was at killington today. it was fucking raining. and had no snow. go to stowe or sugarbush. sugarbush has a staircase plus a hand rail, flat down, and a down at the base. then another bunch of rails higher up on the mountain, plus tonights snow It should be sick. didn't rain at all today by sugarbush and has been snowing on the mountain apparently since like 1.
not to like rain on your parade, but i checked out the forcast and sugarbush is supposed to get a weak amount of snow. i hope you guys get more then expected cause the whole east needs it. i think killy would be a better bet for you. but sugarbush could work aswell. aslong as your skiing, it doesnt matter man.
I'm heading out to killington next week. I hope this snow will allow them to get more up in the park but I don't know how aggressive they are on putting stuff out. My home resort will open this upcoming Wednesday ha.
killington is open... with some park stuff, 9 features. mount snow opens this saturday, with a full park no jumps though, loon has some stuff up, waterville valley is open with some stuff... if your looking to ski in general, killington has the most open i believe right now.
