You can order it off of the Helly Hansen Website, although it has not yet been updated yet. If you go to the Winter 03/04 section, and click on downloads, you can subscribe to their newsletter mailing list, and they will notify you when the new site is up.

they say it will be available on their website on Oct 10th. not before then, and no magazine distribution either.
