I wore it for 1 season and kept it clean as possible, there are 2 faded chairlift grease stains on the right lower front pocket which were spot washed and now barely visible. Coat is still 100% waterproof (never owned a more water proof coat than this one) and there are no rips/tears or loose stitching.
