How do I change my Crowbar Outriggers?!!?

Just ordered a new pair of out riggers, and then went to try to figure out how to get my current ones off and they seem like they're on there really good. almost like they're not supposed to come off. anyone with any experience would be greatly appreciated. maybe a walk through? Pictures. Thanks +K to any good help

you have to heat it up with a lighter first.

Change the rigger and the strap or change te rigger on the strap ?

Yank on it really hard and snap it off then glue the new ones on.
