one of my feet hurt when i use my boots. It's that bone that sticks out of the top of the inside of your foot. how can i fix this problem. its right where the middle buckle is. i got the boots fitted properly. could i insert like a small piece of foam under the tongue? +k for good answers.

Take them back to the shop, they will most likely need to carve out some of the liner to make them fit properly.

make sure that the tongue and everything are positioned correctly.

go to a bootfitter, they will know what to do, sounds like a navicular punch needs to be done. You should also get an orthodic, as a properly supported foot generally leads to less pressure on the inside of your foot if you pronate in the heel.
