Title says it all. The moonshine show on discovery, how is that legal to show if moonshine is illegal in the united states?

Actually if you make it in your house and it's not for sale or distributed it is legal. They make it near a cabin my family has in the Appalachian mountains.

thought it was completely illegal in US.

I know in New Zealand it's legal. so all the 'how to' websites and books and stuff on moonshine are from New Zealand

The dark corner is a pretty cool little documentary that has a lot of moonshining in it.



Moonshine is dope. Pretty much a needed thing for those late summer early fall festivals.

this. there's a farmer in my town who makes it by the fucking tub in the fall and has a HUGE party that pretty much the whole town comes to and he literally gives it away. he also has a military spec flamethrower.
