Kibs or Kidsnow?

So Kibs is a small clothing label out of Australia, the guy running it is a Newschoolers Member and all of his stuff is REAL nice. Super legit guy, making clothing for a couple of years now.

And this is his Logo/Label

Then just today I stumbled across a Movie distribution that I hadn't heard of before called 'KidsKNOW' whose logo is:

I don't want to start anything major but just thought it was a little weird that not only did they have the same font but VERY similar names..

Thoughts?
