Replying to Marker Jester schizo

IM thinking of getting last years marker jester schizos for my ar7s. Im 5'6 125 lbs but growing rapidly. I can get them for like 370$ so i was wondering if there really is any chance of me actually breaking them or is that just a freek accident that will never actually happen under relatively normal circumstances. My seecond question is if not those what is the most durable reliable safe binding that i can get with a din from around 5or6 to above 12. +k for help
