ns, beef jerky, watch ski movies & edits.
i'm in aus so we have more preseason than actual snow season so...
monday: run
tuesday: run
wednesday: rave
thrusday: indoor ski
friday: kill hooker, set on fire, sort ashes
saturday: rave
sunday: disco dance
repeat. seems to work fine.
crossfit plus some olympic lifting everyday.
it's more so cause i like to do it, not exactly to get me in shape to ski..but it helps.
