You are a bigger guy, but I think with the new Radical Dynafit bindings would be fine. Get the higher DIN version. Just about everything critical in the dynafit are metal as oposed to the duke and fritchi with plastic. Being a sold balanced skier with dynafits I feel is more critical than the other bindings. I feel like you can stomp huge cilffs and charge as fast arround as you want with them but you need to stay balanced and not in the backseat ect.
Plums have no brakes and doubt these versions ever will. Which is lame on their part
the heel and widened mount print on the new dyna radicals are sweet, fuck twistin the volcano
I'm a fan of the binding freedom dyna or soli duke plate. Wide mount footprint bomber threaded screw connection.
not super stoked on the added 4mm of stack height on the duke or the way the duke skis in general, but
not wild about beatin on plums or dynas all season in bounds and there is a bt of the dyna fiddle learning curve.
If your boots already have tech inserts I'd go that route I have a couple sets of plums and possibly a used dyna ft12 (non radical) and/or dyna duke plates and jigs to mount.
BD should warrunty that damir frischi for you
