it's a stretchy tube that made out of some techy warm fabric.

they're like 8 bucks, buy one, love it, repeat.

There is the Yowie and the Artic Yowie.  It's basically a fabric tube, that is designed to be super versatile and change into a bunch of different things (face mask, neck warmer, hat, du rag, etc).  The standard Yowie is made of soft polysester micro-fiber fabric; while the Artic Yowie adds a fleece layer for cold conditions.  It's made by Outdoor Technology.
