listen to the majority, get rental poles, they rule. you wont notice the diference and they wont break and they are free. both of my friends had expensive poles and they broke, one had kermas and one had smiths. dont waste your money

i dont see what the problem is, i mean you deff. hafta ski with poles, but other than that, you could get the biggest piece of shit poles in the world and it wouldnt matter. rental shops are the way to go. plus you can pimp em out w/ spray paint and shit.

i have some old like snowshoe poles, they are cool cause i can adjust the height on them, haha, i have had them for like ever and they are just a lil bent thats it, and i got them for free, thank you gorsutch

i got two brand new pair of dynastars for 20 bucks at sniagrab. if you want to go light and bombproof get 'goode' brand they are graphite so wheb they bend they just go back to the original shape

i have 20 dollar masters poles, there quite sexy and there good



-let people do what they want, ski how you want, make whoever you want your role model its your choice

I have to get somewhat expensive poles for racing, because if I'm skating at the top or the bottom and my pole breaks my time would be fucked. It's also really hard to find the curved poles at a rental shop or anything, so I go for scott because they are bombproof
