I'm assuming that you are the candidate for the park grooming position...
First of all, Tony is the man. His employees all love working for him. They all kill it, and the features are all extremely well manicured. The park is always super fun, and because of it's unique location and dedicated lift, you can spin hot laps all day long - i never count but upwards of 30 a day? probably more.
However, that ultimately does have a downside: limited space for jumps. There are amazingly creative rails and jibs, but the jumps just aren't there. Hopefully, that is where you come in. We had a great jump built for a snowboard jam, and i'd love to see it open to the public (side note: i still don't remember my 4-hit "session" on it. damn concussions).
If you can supply all of us with a good jump line, i don't see why i would ever ride (park) anywhere else. It has a really local feel to it, and the Parks area is almost like its own resort.
Feel free to get at me with any other questions. I would love to see sugarbush push some sick jumps together to complement the best rail-line in the area.
