So I'm getting my afterbangs back from the shop tomorrow, and in the time it took to get them mounted, I constantly read reviews. Aside from being made nervous about my new skis (but judging by the huge range of opinions, I should just see what I think), I saw somebody mention putting wood sealer on the sides to prevent them from getting waterlogged too quickly. Has anybody tried this, and to what result? Opinions are welcome, but it's probably been said before.
