What do all of you do to recover from minor aches and pains from falling etc.
My knee's usually racked after a hard day of skiing and I'm forced to the Advil bottle. I also try Bengay and other stuff like that.
Today after shredding yesterday and trying to learn in the park my shoulders are sore as hell and it's super sore when I try and raise my hand in class.
What do all of you do to help recover from the daily aches and pains? What is most effective?
