Web Designers/Programmers: What is this site based-on?

Okay so I was browsing tablets, blah blah blah, and came onto this site. Scroll down using your mouse wheel

Now the first thing I noticed was that it seemed to lag a bit. But as I kept scrolling... I noticed that things were shrinking, moving in and out of the screen, growing, etc etc. WHAT IS THIS? HTML5?? HOW?!? this totally blew me away.

haha thats so weird, I'm looking at the same tablet and was thinking that website was so sick when i visited it
