Will I have to remount bindings???

I just got a new AT boot and the shell size is quite a bit smaller. Its dropping from 335mm to 320mm
Will I need to remount my bindings??? I'm hoping they can just be adjusted down, but I'm not sure.

Depends on the binding and where it is currently set along its track/adaptability thing. 15mm is getting to be a pretty big difference, but as I said it depends on the bindings. Doing a remount isn't exactly bad for the skis, just time consuming and potentially spendy

I have the Fritschi Freeride Pro but they're new and I'm not sure how they are mounted or how much further they can move forward. I mounted them with my old boots because I didn't have plans to buy new boots, but ended up getting a good deal on some BD boots, but because they are AT the shell size is much smaller then my Alpine boots. I always thought remounting is bad on the ski

most bindings have a few cm's of travel in the heel, so that they can be adjusted for new boots. 15mm is pretty big, but if your shop mounted them in the center of the track, it will be fine. if its at the close end, you probably will need to remount

Well fortunately you have one of the most adjustable bindings in the game, so you shouldn't need a remount. The only thing that would change for you is that you would be effectively moved up forward on the ski, as the toe is static. However, going up another 1.5cm should have very little, if any, impact on skiing performance.
You can adjust them yourself, but you have to ensure you have proper forward pressure (which is really critical with fritschis), otherwise it would be ideal to have a shop tech adjust them.
