Who would win?

I say 1 million cats, just try and imagine how many cats that is. Plus, T-Rex's have tiny arms.

true but i dont belive that the cats are bright enough to taunt or trick the t rex. in my mind im seening a sea of cats trying to claw and bite the rex

i'm trying to picture this. i don't see cats, no matter how many there are, climbing all the way up a T-Rex and being able to hurt it. I still think a T-Rex would win just by walking on them

this this and this. the word "million" has more effect when you say 999 thousand cats plus 1,000 cats and if one cat took up 1/2 square foot, they would take up 500,000 square feet that is roughly the area of ground zero. plus lets say one cat takes up .25 cubic feet, that is 250,000 cubic feet of cats, A t-rex only takes up about 600 cubic feet which is about 2/5 of what the cats take up

i was assuming the cats were fighting a t-rex. obviously if the cats are just wandering around we're have a different conversation. i was imagining a blood feud type of situation. the argument becomes sort of irrelevant if the rex is just running around the woods picking off freaked out kitties.

I think that the T-Rex would take out half of them just by walking. I realize a million is a huge number but the T-Rex would have to die of exhaustion because a cats would not be able to hurt it. The T-Rex could take out let's say six cats with each steps. That's 166,666 steps to kill all cats. The T-Rex can eat 500 pounds of meat in a single bite. Cat's weigh what? 10 pounds? That's 50 cats. And then there is the tail sweep. That could take out a large number of cats. It would be fun to watch that's for sure

you guys need to factor in reproduction....

if the cats reproduce faster than they're being killed the population will grow until a new balance is reached, the t-rex on the other hand cannot reproduce and after about 30years (the estimated max lifespan of a t-rex, give or take) the t-rex will die and the cat population will boom !


once again cats are the most succesful animal of the interwebz !

I was going to say cats until i saw thisbreak down and actual though and i thought to myself, well fuck a t-rex could probably easily run around for a day smashing cats. But at the very least so of the cats could scratch him and infect the wound.
