So I bought a causwell blue jacket off this kid when he said it was 9/10 condition. I get the jacket in the mail and it has a large brown stain on one sleeve and there are little marks and fraying all over the jacket...I was extremely disappointed and responded to him asking for a refund and he immediately blocks me. This fucking sucks...
Yes the pics must have been from before he wore it because the marks were not visible. Also I asked him if there were any stains or marks on the jacket and he specifically said no.
Also paypal will open a window where you guys can work it out and if it doesnt, it gets escalated to a paypal claim and they will investigate and if what you say is true, you have a really great shot at winning.
wow im terrible today. sorry for the multiple posts. just wanted to add that make sure you dont let the dispute get over 20 days because than they will close it and it can never be opened again. after 20 days, escalate it to a claim and you will have a great shot at winning.
when did you buy it? just wondering. they recently put in place a deal where it automatically holds the money for 21 days before anything can be spent or withdrawn. im guessing he has his paypal linked to his bank account because most people do nowadays. im pretty sure it will take whatever amount from it if you win.
either way, if you win you will be credited money. if he doesnt get back to you, you're in luck my friend. than you might get your money and the thing you bought.
ok so it wont be held in his paypal but because you opened the case within 45 days you're all good. You have 20 days from when you opened the case to escalate it to a paypal claim. dont let your case get over 20 days or its history. dont quote me but im pretty sure it will take money from either his credit card or bank account, which ever one he has linked to his paypal. either way, you will get your money back if you win.
my point is if you're going to make a callout thread present your case. don't make me search for a thread suchandsuch posted. i don't doubt some kids are getting scammed but its just as easy for someone (lets say a scammer, and i don't mean to imply this with OP here) to make a callout thread and immediately everyone jumps on their side.
I will post pics soon when I have the time...why would I make a callout thread if I got what I wanted? Also why would he block me if he knew he didn't scam me...
Bro, i dont think the guy who mentioned for to go that extra mile to help your own Callout thread meant it as you took it. Pics would of helped, ya know? No one likes getting scammed pal.
Yo this is total bull shit i gave you all your money back and resolved the problem. Everybody the jacket was in perfect condition this kid fucked me over!
Kid took a fucking month to send me a hoodie over the summer and it was in much worse condition than what he said it was in, cracking everywhere. You are definitely not new to the selling thing considering we made a transaction months prior to this incident.
these are the facts and then Im done with this negativity: I sent chilly a Causwell jacket that was in excellent condition. I don't know what happened during shipping or after he opened it. then he put the $ in dispute and I said fine send it back. it took three weeks for me to get the jacket back. he is a big baby. anyone who I sell to and is not satisfied with the quality of the product is welcome to send it back. I'm not trying to fuck anyone over; it's not my thing.
