Im tryna buy a new pair of gloves for this season, and i want to warmest, most durable pair of gloves out there. price is not an issue, to a certain extent. all help wecomed thanks
Hestra! Or, for the warmest gloves you will ever put your hands into, Burton AK Oven Mitts. I only wear mine when it's unbearably cold out because they make my hands sweat like crazy.
Go with Hestra, without a doubt. The 3-Finger Seth is warm, durable, and now a classic. For super-warm, check out the Heli Glove. Plus they have a great warranty program...even if you just wear out the leather over time, they will fix them pretty cheap.
I was given the Black Diamond mad max glove as a gift a couple of years ago. Durability is great and even when they are wet they still keep your hands very warm and dry since they have Goretex. Really expensive though and if they weren't a gift i wouldn't have gotten them simply due to their price. overall though they are great gloves.
another vote for the hestra 3 finger seths. Just insanely nice. Small and form fitted enough to feel comfy grabbing in the park but plenty of bulk to keep you warm and dry in the gnarliest conditions. grab a wool liner and goretex outer mit and you're ready for a week in the backcountry.
