My neighbor is mowing his/her lawn at 1am

Here in NY we have had a heat wave, it's been in the 60's and really nice out. So I get why he or she feels the need to mow their lawn in November, almost December, but at 1am? Why?
And I live in a city, not the country.

Now for all you Canadians, answer this question: What is 5x2+10-4?

It's actually a bad idea to mow your lawn really late or early in the day due to the fact that the blades face the sun, when the sun goes down and hudmidities go up, all the blades of grass law down, thus I you mow at this time you will miss alot of grass and your lawn will look ragged and poopy

probably killed someone, chopped and mulched their body in the garage, using it for grass growth, he is just trimming his extremely lush grass, so deal with it. could be worse. could be 1 am and you would be all over a strangers yard.

the manager at my apt. is a bitch and has the maintenance crew cut grass/mulch/blow leaves etc. at 7am every morning. i've asker her about doing something because i'm still asleep at that hour etc...she told me i should change my sleep schedule....

so the past 2 nights i've gone outside at 3am and started my car outside her window, bounced off the rev limiter for a little while till her light turns on and then laid down a fat burnout. maybe the bitch needs to change her sleep schedule lol

also do a crazy workout where you scream out the number of reps you are doing right outside her window. when she gets pissed and asks you why you are doing it at 3am just say. "You told me to change my sleep schedule and I realized that sleep is overrated and without it you can start your new found hobby of extreme night outdoor exercising and then ask her to join you" Be completely genuine if she doesnt believe you tell her to google it. Prior to that make a wiki page for it.=win
