Didn't read everything, I'm on a quick break Here's my 3 cents;
Bees create honey from materials that they gathered. Without their influence, honey wouldn't exist. The same thing can be said about their homes. They take raw materials and alter them to create the structure. I would argue that humans to the exact same thing to make products like steel, though to a much larger extent. Most people would agree that honey is natural, and I don't see why if you just extrapolate the definition that steel can't be natural also. Or all things that humans create for that matter.
Humans are also animals. Some people think we're not... quite a few people I've talked to actually, but we are. Anyways, this all being said, the way we are influencing the planet right now, we are set to raise the temperature by a minimum of 2 degrees. We can only achieve this if CO2 outputs go down by 10 percent per year for the next 4 years, and then stop entirely. The CO2 output of Russia went down by only 6-8 percent during the collapse of the Soviet Union, where a huge portion of their industrial production stopped. A change of 4 degrees seems more likely, as well as a CO2 concentration double pre-industrial levels by before 2070. With concentrations this high, 70 percent of the species on Earth will go extinct.
Climate change is the biggest problem we face, but I feel it has been put in the back of people's minds. People need to stop feeling so entitled just because of where we were born. Not everyone can own a car, and fly in a plane once a year, and eat tons of meat, and buy things all the time if we want to survive. People get a false sense of importance when they recycle, or change their light bulbs to be more efficient. It's a start, but it's nowhere near close enough to what we need. Vote with your dollar, the most important voting tool that exists and support the companies that are making the positive change.
That is all.
