I'm not so sure about troll. I know a dude who was on Intervention and he started it all with smoking weed when he was about that age. He graduated to oxy and coke and then fucked his life over.

alcohol is legal, and some kids have their first drink at like 9, and become alcoholics by age 11. cigarrettes are legal, but kids steal them from their parents and start smoking at age 10. cars are legal, but little kids steal their grandmother's and go for a ride with intent to do hoodrat shit with their friends.
