I've had three thanksgivings this year (Candian and two American nights) so I'm on overload but still powering through a turkey sandwich a day.

How do you make yours?

Toasted White bread, tons of mayo, ton of cranberries, turkey and lots of pepper for me.

Turkey is the worst part of Thanksgiving by far, so the day after Thanksgiving my family takes all the leftover turkey and makes Mexican food! This year we made turkey tortilla soup and turkey fajitas. So good. I just finished the last of the stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy yesterday though.
