I disagree man, I've never really understood the whole, 'you don't get fucked up your first time claim' despite the fact that many people say that. I guess it's possible that people don't inhale their first time or some shit like that but otherwise how can you possibly explain it scientifically? Can you honestly say that the first time you inhale an intoxicant your body should completely ignore it and the second time it should have an entirely different, much more pronounced effect? That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Lastly I would like to say that the first time I puffed I got ripped out of my mind, it was the first and only time that as in many stereotypical exagerations I was actually tripped out by my own hand.

davidh, of course people get high there first time. i know plenty. it just depends on the their tolerance and how much they smoke. i got high my 3rd time, my friend got high his 1st.

The first time I smoked I just did what my friend told me to do and I was fucked up, I remember looking up at the stars for a while and then sitting in a room looking at a black light poster underneath a desk... fuck if I know... but anyways, smoke a bowl it will hit you in first 10 minutes, and then you should be full ripped in 20, then you going to be high for a couple hours and then when your coming down your parents wont be able to tell a diffrence at all cause you just look tired and zoned out..
