What do you pull out for snacktime?

I just got some nice beer and some excellent extra sharp white cheddar, with crackers. I will finish with some scotch.

pineapple salsa, pretzels, nutella, granola, fruit, cheetos, nachos all makes great snacks. just had some tortilla chips with microwaved mexican cheese mix with some pineapple salsa and chicken on top, it was amazing

I miss Budweiser, but I just can't buy it when Rolling Rock tall cans are $1.50 out the door. Damn them. I've grown quite partial to Rolling Rock in the last couple months since it inexplicably became stupidly cheap though.

For mindless snacking:

Any form of potato chip, barbecue, sour cream and onion, what have you
Any form of cheez it
string cheese

For more "sophisticated snacking"
Crackers with mega sharp cheddar
Salt and pepper crackers with swiss/mega sharp cheddar
Cheddar
Danish Cream Havarti (soo good if you havent had it before you need to try it)

self made snow goose jerky. shot the geese myself and cut, marinated and cured the meat to the sweetness of which is now goose jerky. it tastes so much better when it's homemade. :D
