so im trying to get better at rails, and for the most part I can do alot of the rails in the park, but this weekend there was a down flat down that i just couldnt get, my friend told me i was going on too fast and missing the down/ bouncing off the flat. which helped but i still coudnt get it. any tips for me?
If your falling to your front and sliding left foot forward try concentrating on landing with the toe piece of your binding on the rail instead of the center of your boot. Also remember to scissor.
Cheers!
go straight at the box/rail, get low and focus on putting the edge of the directly under your feet, this will let you lincoln log (grab the edge of the box/rail with you ski) in order to balance and stay on it.
