yo i'm from up north of superior, wisconsin. so as a local wisconsinite, i'm gonna help you out. make sure to be yourself. don't be someone you're not because girls can spot that instantly. idk if you're interested in hockey or somethin, but a badger game would be legit because the badgers are dope. and something like that can really loosen a person up. also, a simple dinner. olive garden is classy, good and not on the cheap end. i haven't been to madison very much, but maybe take her down college street? i know there's some cool shops there and i can only assume they have it decorated for christmas, which makes for a romantic time.

First Date I had with my girl I had an empty house. I took her there we made pizza and then cuddled up on the couch and watched a movie, it was easy and she loved. Really lets you get close to her and talk instead of being in a restaurant you know.

Think about it, i was going to take her out but it turns out she is laid back and likes staying in more anyways.
