yeah. you gotta be pretty young my friend. the law is like 16+ you don't need a bike helmet.
it's not a $400 fine if you get caught anyways. oh yeah, eluding police is a whole different charge.
maybe if you were following the law, you wouldn't have these problems! make friends with cops, it never hurts to have someone on the inside!

yea... we're not like you crazy american's where it's mob rules and everyone deals with their own shit... hell - we can't even legalize redbull... but it's fine for us to drink at 18 and have very lenient pot laws... man, canada's laws are kind of fucked up eh? meh - it's cooler than the states, so it's all good.
