Goals for season...?

every year i try and set goals for the new tricks i wanna learn, im a newb but here they are,

so tell me ns, do you have any goals for the season or do you not set any at all?

i was in a huge crash last winter that fucked my knees, so my overall goal was to get back on the skis this year, which i WILL accomplish here in about 5 days when my hill opens up. if i feel up to it, i'd like to get back in the swing of things by just trying some flat boxes, but we'll see. no jumps or anything for me this year because i don't want to land backseat with my shitty knees.

3s off cliffs
3 in a big mountain comp and stomped
improve touring speed/stamina/endurance
multi day hut trips
learn more about mountains and be considered a 'smart skier' (i have my own criteria for this)
do a few burly/high consequence straightlines
find a crew of local people to ski with and push me
develop relationships with strong, experienced skiers and absorb as much information as i can from them
always be aware of snowpack and recent history/weather cycles of wherever im at/ be prepared and mitigate as much avy/exposure risk as possible
Stay injury free and strong.

Some of the east coast kids who complain about "ice" and "no snow" and "no powder" really annoy me, try living in the midwest hahahaha. I wish it was below 40 right now, hell i wish it wasn't raining

for reference, a donaldslide or a donald is when you are grinding, stagger your feet, then kinck them up as to do something of a daffy while maintaining contact with the rail. During this, one grabs the middle of the front the front ski on the outside and the middle of the back of the back ski on the outside.

My goals to be able to actually ski around my house and hometown doing urban this year. I never get any snow ever so I have to use backyard rails with artificial grass even in the winter. I also want to get better at landing switch.

work on grabs. front, lincolns, cork 7. flat/ rodeo. and loads of rail tricks. i live in england so i learn alot of rail tricks but i dont get to ski good jumps so much...
