I am in need of an editing software! I've never made an edit or used anything besides adobe premiere (video tech class at school) and I refuse to pay. Obviously it doesn't have to be free like movie maker but I just need to be able to get it for free (wink). Much karma will be given.

Well if you've used Adobe Premiere that seems like the best option.

It's a great piece of software and i love it.

ok so I downloaded it and everything and when I try to open it It pops up with a screen that says for me to extract it, so I did and it still pops up with that screen and I can't open premiere. Halp

OK You might not like the sound of this, but it works for me.

What you gotta' do is download the ENTIRE Adobe Creative Suite. Well actually not the entire thing, you can pick what programs you want.

Here's a working link for it, it'll ask you what you wanna install after the download finished (It's gonna take at least 2-3 hrs no matter what connection you have.

thanks i might do that later, but I cannot get my clips onto even the premiere trial so i'm not dl'ing that until i figure this out
