I usualy do stretchings inside for 15 min before hitting the slopes. They 4 warm-up runs in the park (Around 1h at my mountain):
1st) Grabs and 1's to check speed
2nd) 3s and 5s to get the spin feeling
3rd) Easy flip run. Just trow some basic flips to get the inverted feeling (front/back/side-flip)
4th) Switch run. Trow some sw1 and sw3 to get the sw feeling and the speed check in switch.
I was doing this every day last year, sometimes I was like ''gah it's boring...'' ahah but srsly it takes 1h15min-1h30min and after I was feeling much more warmed-up and confident to trow bigger tricks.
Warm-up run before hitting the park is also good idea, was doing it sometimes but not always, hitting some righteous sidebooters, some butters on the flat and skiing sw fast is always fun.
