Skins and Binding Breaks

I searchbarred and didn't find anything but I have two problems right now.

I need some cheap skins. I'm hoping to find some for about $130 or lower. Lots of karma your way if you can help me here.

I ordered 90mm brakes for 108 underfoot skis because I found the bindings $100 cheaper than anywhere else, and I was hoping I could bend them or just buy new brakes. Do you think I could bend them or is it too wide? And if I have to get new brakes how much? I don't really know anything about this but I know it was probably a dumb idea to buy these.+K for help of course.

What size skins are you looking for?  $130 isn't a bad price for new skins depending on the width you need.

You can get replacement brakes for almost every binding on the market.

Get skins at Climbing Skins Direct, select there twin tip model. They are around $110 work great for the price. Cutting them to correct size for your skis is really easy also.

Second thing is what type of bindings do you have. I have some Marker wide brakes for sale that would work if thats what brand you have. If other brand check on Ebay as there cheaper than ski shops.

I second the climbingskinsdirect option. used them for a few years and great for the price, I think the person I handed them down to is still using them as well

I think so haha what are you saying? My skis are too wide to bend them?

That's 9mm per side, now look on a ruler and see how big that is. Then ask your self of you will be able to bend that far, the answer is pretty obvious.

For what its worth, I mounted bindings with 90mm brakes on my 108mm waisted skis with no issues.
