But in reality:

blue: regular dude
pink: chick
orange: works in industry/owner of ski buisness/pro
green: moderator, these people regulate the forums and delete shitty threads/inappropriate comments etc
red: administrator, there are only a couple of these dudes, they run newschoolers as a whole. The supreme badasses of the skiing interwebs. Schmuck, macmahoooon, malcolm, Mr. Bishop, and lowedaddy are the only ones I know of.
