Why line skis?

So many kids ride line skis, and i just don't get it. If you are looking for a cheap ski because you can't afford a better brand then i get it, but if your parents are paying for all your gear why would you buy a brand that is made in china... thats like buying a walmart skateboard. Line is also owned by K2 so obviously there skis were not good enough for the company to stand on its own. Its rediculous the amount of brainwash there is in skiing.

line is a great company with amazing customer service. they support every aspect of the ski industry and they make a good, durable product that is fun to use. I guarantee that when most kids think of skiing, they think of something that has to do with line in some way. Line is a solid company that goes to no end to make freeskiers happy. thats why i ski line.

First of all, you know nothing about business "k2 bought them so they obviously couldn't stand on their own"...

Second, if you're hating on skis made in China, again, you know nothing about business, and do you know how many other ski companies make skis in china? "MADE IN AMURIKA, FUCK YEAH", sadly usually means overpriced for similar/lower quality skis.

Third, to be hating on Line, which is no doubt one of the most innovative companies in skiing, is just a burn on you. They made some of the first twin tips, had the first fully rockered ski on the market (other than Spats, and Hellbents also came out the same year as the first EPs, but EPs had been in development way earlier), and continue to make dope, affordable, and progressive shit.

Go stick some american made skis up your ass.

My sir please do your research. K2 owns like 80% of the ski industry. Believe me it's not only LINE that they own. So it is certainly not that their skis and not good enough.

I've ended up skiing on a pair of lines every season for the past 9 seasons. I love there skis, just wish they made longer pow sticks.

Theyre skis are great, but they do appeal to a certain type of skier.

My 2006 invaders are the shit. They not only had sick graphics, they're the most fun skis I've ever ridden, even 5 years later. In 5 years of hard riding, there's a few topsheet chips, 1 core shot from when I decided to jib a rock, but it's filled. All in all, they're great skis for what I do.

just because K2 owns them doesn't mean they're made in China.. and they're not. Like how Gnu owns LibTech - the only difference is LibTech's are handmade and Gnu's are factory made, like Line and K2.

saying they're not good enough to stand on their own because they're owned by a bigger brand is a terrible argument... that's like saying Audi couldn't hold itself up because it's owned by VW. smh @ your ignorance

BULLSHIT, got 09/10 anthems, still got great edges, these skis have been with me everywhere, never a problem with them. really durable ski, and my edges are used, but still fine.

i really like all their riders and edits, and in like 08 or something i got some 172 07 chronics (sick green graphics) for a steal but i blew out my knee two days into the season. The first day next year i was skiing through some powder on the side of a trail with limited actual cover and hit something and the tip just straight up snapped. soooo durable 3 days killin it. and since i bought them over a year ago i didnt get any warantly coverage.
other than that line is dope tho.

I would like you to know that I have a pair of Skogen Sprang's pro models that have seen over three hundred days on snow, got them a nice base grind last year and they rip harder than you even while I am not in my bindings... ya fucking dick
