they shipped it out early for me too, but the stupid fedex people delivered my package to the wrong house, considering the house they delivered it to has a huge sign on it that says their street number and ours is completly different.
I eventually go it though.

EXCEPT... they were overpriced to begin with, as is almost all of getboards' stuff. So they've succeeded in making you think you're getting a good deal, when you're really not. Support your local shops.

Not all of us have local shops that carry the stuff we ski on, mine has 1080 and Pocket Rockets and that is it, the rest is old school, we have to go online until the shops catch on

Even big sport chains can order in skis if you ask... and freezy is dead on in what he said, the guy who's been selling me ski stuff for years just knocks 100$ off here, 100$ off there... it's great. $450 is a really decent price, but getboards in general, I am not big on.

yeah but our shop sucks and only big sports chain around is dicks and the dont sell skis, but they bought out gallians who does sell skis so dicks should be sellin skis this winter some time

getboards dosen't have to many good deals. I have 2 shops near me in Atlanta, at one of them I got last years PE's for $250, and I got bindings, and they're mounting them and giving them a full tune for free. I love my local shop, sun and ski sports, I got PBP's the game for 5 cents.

im all for local shops. the price is comperable, maybe a little more to those of sites such as get boards.com however id rather put the little extra money into the local shops. up here in nh we got a shop called 'Burning boards'. they have the best service anywhere around.

so today while i was in school my mom ordered the stls, she told them that they said i could get my $65 back and they had to check my e mail, and thats it the checked it and they are bein shipped on the 15th.

one shop near me used to carry Lines and last year they carried Armadas but i doubt they do anymore. now the jibij or however you spell it shop is open in Boulder though. i think ill have to travle there.
