Borderline Personality Disorder?

I was reading the symptoms and a lot of them are exact examples of how i act at times. Just wondering if anyone on here has this order, feels the same way, or knows someone with this disorder.

i wouldnt say im schizophrenic. possibly mildy bipolar. is she just always on edge or what..? if you dont mind me asking of course.

If you are diagnosing yourself off Wikipedia, I would suggest that you may have Down's Syndrome, not Borderline Personality Disorder.

I'm not diagnosing myself nor am I saying I believe i have this specific disorder. But I am sensing problems in my life and the way I'm acting, so I searched online on various websites before telling my parents and having them over-react. I came here to see if anyone had this disorder or knew anything else about it so I could potentially gain some insight.

No she's a pretty serious case, but I can relate. I sometimes feel like I can be really angry about something that doesn't really matter, and then stop and say OH sorry that doesn't matter at all.

youre all hipsters. "LOL i have something rare because i exhibit the generic symptoms once in a while". you probably have lupus too, according to dr house.

you aren't special, you just lack self control. apparently 9/10 kids these days has add/adhd too. such bullshit. people just need to label their craziness, like the way skinny kids say "i have a high metabolism" rather than admitting to being a malnourished nerd who plays video games all day.

lately someone will say a small comment and I will just flip. A simple text from my girlfriend i will over think and then get paranoid about it, and then I overreact and in turn make her feel bad.

it's called being a male. like i said, get some self-control, don't blurt the first thing that comes to your mind, and settle the fuck down. it's not a condition, you're just an idiot for not having a filter on that brain/mouth thing.

I'd say just imbalanced hormones, it's most likely not as serious as you think, the littlest thing such as eating bad or not getting exercise can screw with your hormones and you just seem pissed because your body is lacking something

You can look at a list of symptoms for almost any mental disorder and find examples in your life. It is all about the degree and occurrence of these symptoms. For example, just because I like things organized does not make me obsessive compulsive. You probably should not worry about it.

I have been living 18 years wit a mother who has many very serious problems, not to mention living through a life that could make the most sane person crazy. Although my life was bad I am strong enough to come out as confident and strong as I am now. This gives me all of the right to self diagnose myself to have any disorder, since in fact I am a carrier. You can't just generalize people, some people really do have problems.
